What half a day with your team delivers
Nobody practises on examples that have nothing to do with their job. The whole programme runs on your own team's tasks.
Before15 min
The intro call
A call with you about the work your team does every week. Together we pick three tasks and build the session around them.
Session30 min
Context first
Everyone writes down once what the AI needs to know about them, their role and their clients, and uses it for every question after. This is what turns generic answers into answers about your business.
Session30 min
Checking instead of believing
On one of its own tasks, the team sees the AI get something wrong and learns to catch it: ask where it comes from, argue back, test it against what they know.
Session15 min
Break
Time away from the screen.
Session90 min
Three processes, built live
Each person turns each of the three tasks, such as a client e-mail, a report or a research question, into a saved way of working they can repeat tomorrow.
Session15 min
Questions and next steps
What your team does with the new ways of working in the coming weeks, and what it still wants to know.
After two weeks30 min
The check-in call
We talk about what stuck and what did not.
What your team takes away
One page per participant
With their own context text and their own processes, to carry on with the next morning.
A record for your file
A dated attendance record per participant. Organisations that use AI must take measures for the AI literacy of their staff (EU AI Act, Article 4). Training is one of those measures.
Nothing to install
A free account with ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini is enough. Your team learns to work with AI itself; nothing is built into or connected to your systems.
€750 excl. VAT per session
For up to 12 participants. Included: the intro call, the session at your location, a page per participant, the attendance records and the check-in call after two weeks.
You pay after the session, and only if your team got something out of it that they actually use.
You receive the invoice afterwards, payable within 14 days.

Who runs the session
Senne de Maa, founder of Studystead. In August, the business faculty of Hogeschool Utrecht brought him in to train their lecturers on how he learns and works with AI. In June he gave a guest lecture there to an International Business class and built a student's website live during the lecture.
His own companies work with AI every day, from the worksheets on this site to client e-mail and bookkeeping. The session has no slides about what AI might do one day: your team works on its own work the whole time.

Questions up front
Who is the session for?
For teams at companies and schools, up to 12 people, who want to use AI in their daily work, such as client contact, reports or research. No technical knowledge is needed.
Which AI tool does the team use?
ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini. A free account is enough. If your organisation already works with a set tool, we discuss that in the intro call.
Does the team work with confidential data?
No. Your team practises on real tasks, but without confidential client data. In the intro call we pick tasks that suit this.
What if the team gets nothing out of it?
Then you pay nothing. The invoice only comes after the session, and only if your team got something out of it that they actually use.
Is the attendance record a certificate?
No. There is no legal certificate for AI literacy. You get a dated record per participant that they attended the session, for your own file.
Which language is the session in?
In English or in Dutch, whichever your team prefers.
When can it take place?
From January 2027. We agree the date in the intro call.
